Our Schedule
All CFM class workouts are instructed by a CrossFit certified coach & will consist of:
Warm-Up: Increase heart rate & blood flow to prepare for the day's movements & keep the body injury-free.
Strength/Skill: Weightlifting or a gymnastics / bodyweight skill component.
Metcon(Metabolic Conditioning): Combines weightlifting, gymnastics, & endurance based movements.
*ALL movements are modifiable for each individual's personal needs. Receive keyless entry privilege to access the gym any time OUTSIDE of class times.
